Magdalena Davis (F) is a Czech climate program director in People in Need. She manages a team of internal experts, project partners and external advisors in PIN's climate-related projects, the most recent one being an EU funded project LIFE WILL that targets landscape adaptation methodology and involves active participation of municipalities, civil society and other stakeholders. From 2018 - 2022, Magdalena took on a role of a Mayor in a municipality of Mníšek pod Brdy and worked with local NGOs and active citizens, using communication and participatory tools such as participatory budgeting for citizen-endorsed projects, participatory public events, strategic planning and educational walks.
